Hiya! Today I'm going to discuss the third world's boss called 'Match me' (I should have named it better to be honest).
Match me is somewhat an adaption of Disney Toontown Online's 'Match Minnie' trolley minigame. Match Minnie is a minigame I played a lot through my childhood, but honestly it caused me a lot of stress because I was bad at remembering the sequences. However, when it came to developing the concepts for the minigames I had realised the concept of Match Minnie is great for a piano minigame. Match Minnie is a very simple minigame where Minnie would perform some actions, and the toons would have to repeat them using their arrow keys.

Match me is basically a repeat game. The player is presented with a sequence and they must repeat it to win, or move on to the next round. If the player plays an incorrect note, the game is over. They have to start from the beginning. As you progress through Match me one note is added with each round. As there are four rounds in total the final sequence is 7 notes long as the initially the sequence is comprised of 3 notes. As well as that, to know what note is being played the piano notes are highlighted with random colours and when the player's repeating the sequence the keys turn to yellow and piano sounds play to indicate they have pressed the notes.
Match me is being implemnted currently and has most of its functionality. I have drawn all the assets for it already, but it might be slightly adjusted in the future to include the boss.
Thanks for reading!!
